Refund policy

At ATcH Apparel, we stand behind the quality and care of every piece we produce. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it clearly and fairly.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned with original packaging when possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during fulfillment.

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Our team will respond with return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, exchanges may be available depending on inventory. Please contact us before returning your item so we can confirm availability and next steps.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a resolution.


Processing Notes (POD Transparency)

As a made-to-order brand, each item is produced specifically for you. While this helps reduce waste, it also means that returns must meet the conditions outlined above.
